This eagerly awaited exhibition is held at Shoreham Airports historic Art Deco terminal building and is an integral part of the Adur Art Trail.

It was founded 5 years ago by Kim Adele Fuller to showcase her own contemporary watercolours but has now grown in size and scope and this year will be exhibiting work from 11 additional artists.

The works on display are in many different forms which include original sculpture, ceramics, mosaics, textiles and jewellery to compliment the wonderful selection of paintings, prints and cards on sale.

Three of the exhibiting artists are members of The Sussex Watercolour Society;Cecil Rice, Kate Osbourne and Frans de Leij who each have their own distinctive styles and their paintings are much sought after.  Lucy Parker and Marcus Finch are also both well respected artists and tutors.  All have exhibited regularly in galleries at home and abroad.

New this year is Katrine Boyten a textile artist and Christine Walker, a member of the British Association of Modern Mosaics. Both of their work is fine art rather than craft orientated and their colourful designs are influenced by Klimpt and Kadinskey.

Shoreham Airport is a great place to visit. It has a lively and buzzing atmosphere with a popular café and bar restaurant overlooking the first commercial airfield in England. Work will be displayed around the building including the newly installed UPSTAIRS GALLERY which is a light and airy space giving a marvellous view of the original architectural features of this Grade II listed building.

The exhibition has built a good reputation for the high quality of work on show and offers a great opportunity to buy some unique and original artwork.
